Privacy and contact records
This page explains how the website works and how Tesvero handles enquiries and engagement records.
This website
- The site does not include advertising or analytics scripts. It stores your theme preference in this browser. Hosting and email providers process technical and contact information to deliver their services.
- The contact form sends nothing to us. It prepares a draft in your own email application, which you then decide to send.
When you write or call us
- We keep your message, your contact details and our notes from the conversation in our company mailbox and records, in order to reply and, if we work together, to run the engagement.
- We do not sell or rent your information. Hosting, email and other service providers process information needed to provide their services. Approved specialists receive only the information needed for their work.
- We retain enquiry records while they are needed to respond and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Contact us to request deletion; we will explain any records we must retain.
During an engagement
- Access to your systems is read-only to begin with, granted to a named identity, and recorded. We never ask for your passwords.
- We store review evidence using the safeguards agreed for the engagement. Access is limited to you and the providers or approved specialists needed to deliver the work. The agreement sets the retention and deletion requirements.
- If personal data falls within an engagement, we agree the handling, access and retention requirements with you before collecting it.
Your rights and our contact
Contact us at [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion, or to object to our use of your information. We will explain the next steps and respond within the applicable legal deadline.
